The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Kaveesh Sharma, who made us feel very welcome. However, the rooms were located two floors below the entrance level, and the lift was out of order, which was a challenge for us seniors. Additionally, parking was quite a hassle due to a multiplex in the same compound.
